When was the last time I visited an authentic Cantonese resto? Several weeks ago, I was invited to try the new branch of Choi Garden in SM Megamall.
Growing up in a Chinese household, we love to gather every Sunday and eat out. The ambience at Choi Garden makes me feel I’m in the former restaurant of one of my aunt in Hong Kong.
One of their specialities is create your own Shabu-Shabu Noodle Soup. I chose Hong Kong Noodle, added up with Szechuan Spicy Soup and completed the soup with Hong Kong Beef Ball, Beef Brisket Tendon, and Sea Urchin Bun which also comes with a Soy Egg.
If you’re into pork bun, I love Choi Garden’s very own Asado Bun. Other meals that our group tasted are Steamed Siomai, Steamed Hakaw, and Sweet and Sour Pork. The best thing about Choi Garden is majority of their ingredients were imported from Hong Kong to maintain the quality and taste. What can I ask for? Affordable meals to choose from and love to eat dimsums.
