All GCash subscribers can convert their GCash to Globe Rewards Points via *143#.

STEP 1: Dial *143# using your Globe or TM SIM.

STEP 2: Choose GCash > Buy Stuff > Convert 25 GCash to 20 Globe Rewards Points to self

STEP 3: Enter your 4-digit GCash MPIN (4-digit).

STEP 4: Press 1 OK to confirm transaction.

STEP 5: Wait for an SMS confirmation which will be sent to your GCash mobile number.

STEP 6: Receive SMS notification once points are seeded

Are there any other ways I can convert my GCash to Globe Rewards Points aside via *143#?

Subscribers can convert via API collect wherein they will receive SMS and reply “CONVERT 25 4-DIGIT GCASH MPIN” to 2261.

Note: 2261 will be the sender for SMS.

No, you can only convert GCash to Globe Rewards Points for yourself only. If you want to share your Globe Rewards Points to others, simply text SHARE <space>10 digit mobile number of your friend no. of points to 4438. P1/transaction will be charged to the sender.

To share points with activated PIN: Text SHARE < space > 10-digit mobile number < space > no. of points < space > PIN to 4438. P1/transaction will be charged to the sender.

You can share a minimum of 1 point and are allowed 5 transactions per day.

How will I know that I have successfully converted my GCash to Globe Rewards Points? 

You will receive an SMS notification if your transaction was successful.

Will the P25 fee be deducted from my GCash account?  

Yes, every time you’ll convert your GCash to 20 Globe Rewards Points you will be deducted P25 from your GCash account.

You can check your GCash balance via USSD or GCash Mobile App for FREE.

Dial *143# > GCash> Account > Check Balance > Enter 4-digit MPIN (4-digit).

Download the GCash Mobile App for FREE > Enter 4-digit GCash MPIN > Check current balance.

What is my transaction fee if I convert my GCash to Globe Rewards Point?

Transaction fee is P5. P25 GCash is equivalent to 20 Globe Rewards Points. Subscribers will be deducted P25 inclusive of transaction fee of 20 Globe Rewards Points.

How soon will my points be updated or seeded?

Points will be seeded on the next working day.

Promo starts from November 11,2013- January 31, 2014 . Open to all Postpaid, Prepaid and TM GCash registered subscribers. Corporate and corporate Platinum accounts are excluded from the promo.
