How to fix drum kit

For the past few weeks, a friend of mine asked me if I knew on drum kit tuning. As a musical enthusiast, I told him I knew some on how to do it.

First, you have to turn the snares off, just take the drum key and tighten the tension down. But the thing is that his drum kit’s broken that why I told him to buy a new set of drum kit.
