Last May 25, Filipino developer New San Jose Builders, Inc. held their topping-off ceremony for their newest and first of its kind project–the Victoria Sports Tower—the condominium sports complex in the heart of Quezon City.

Victoria Sports Tower is a high-rise residential condominium situated right beside the GMA Kamuning MRT station along EDSA.  One of the best thing about this is that they offer high-class residential units with convenient access to some of the city’s most popular spots as well as state-of-the-art sports facilities for the fitness-minded and indoor sports enthusiasts.

The said building has a dedicated four entire floors to an upscale, state-of-the-art Sports Center. There are a 50-meter indoor lap pool and a kiddie pool, six private gyms, and complete wellness facilities.

There are also two indoor tennis courts, three indoor badminton courts, and a squash court; rock-climbing and rappelling facilities are also available for the adventurous mountaineering enthusiasts. There is also a billiards and darts hall, a bowling alley, a shooting range, and a jogging trail. There is an in-house spa, and an indoor basketball court with special laminated hardwood floors.

Also, they aimed to be a one-stop wellness hub as it will soon feature a day spa, sports medicine clinic, oral medicine, derma center and cosmetic surgery, clinical laboratory and radiology, and regenerative medicine.

A 51-storey twin-tower residential condominium, the newest sports community in this side of Quezon City, is one of the NSJBI’s offerings as it celebrates 30 years in the industry. With more Filipinos becoming health and fitness buffs nowadays, the sports complex is designed to encourage as many people as possible to maintain or start a regular fitness regimen.

Victoria Sports is a membership club requiring flexible annual fees instead of club shares. The first project of its kind in the Philippines, the sport club membership aims to be a one-stop training facility for enthusiasts to athletes. The offering is so extensive that they will have every feature they need in one building.

“The closer and easier it is to get to a sports facility, the less likely it is for people to come up with an excuse for not going regularly. Being in close proximity to a gym is a motivation factor. It’s much easier to keep a healthy and active lifestyle when you are motivated, and this is what we offer with Victoria Sports Tower,” says Victoria Sports Tower sales head Hazel de Dios.

There is a video arcade, a KTV lounge, and a mini-theater for the whole family’s enjoyment.  There are also function rooms, pilates rooms, a multipurpose area, and even commercial space for shops. Completing the facilities is the Business Club with several meeting and function rooms plus a co-working station for professionals looking for a collaborative space. Co-workers will get a free pass at the gym as the club promotes health and wellness for its guests to better achieve work-life balance.

Good thing is that Victoria Sports Tower’s convenient location places it only a few minutes’ walk or drive away from major TV networks, schools, hospitals, shopping malls, bars and restaurants. Being right beside GMA Kamuning MRT station as well as jeepney and bus terminals also means that residents can go even further afield as they please.

Victoria Sports Tower is located at 799 EDSA South Triangle in QC. For inquiries, call 442-7777 local 195 or check out their website or Facebook page
