Last September 15, 2013, Wil Tower Mall, the four-story atrium that serves as the commercial component of Wil Tower, was formally opened to the public. Vista Residences Chairman Manuel “Manny” Villar graced the occasion as a guest of honor, his appearance a proof of the real estate company’s full support and commitment to what is touted to be the tallest twin towers in Quezon City.
“The first residential tower will be turned-over to investors and residents by the end of the year,” says Elizabeth M.
