Several years ago, while having a vacation in Baguio I had a chance to play billiards in Green Valley’s clubhouse. My brother taught me the basics on playing billiards. And during that time, I never knew that it will be one of the competitive sports among Filipinos.
Billards is popular among sports-minded peeps, especially the youth who are looking after the legends in this sports. We have a lot of talents like Dennis Orcullo, Francisco “Django” Bustamante, Efren “Bata” Reyes, Ronnie “The Volcano” Alcano to name a few.
