Have you ever been to a spa? Want to rejuvenate your mind and soul?

Few weeks ago, while I’m in Ortigas area after attending Yummy Eats. I decided to visit a healing spa, Thai Raksa Healing Spa in Mandaluyong.

Upon entering the spa, the homey feeling and courteous staffs welcomed me. It’s been a while that I had my whole body spa. And having a hectic schedule working at home…it’s not a joke! Been stressed out for the past several months and diagnosed with scoliosis since 2010. Been experiencing backpain every now and then whenever the weather’s cold and overfatigue at work.

Mind, body, soul…these principles that Thai Raksa believes to heal someone’s soul and mind.

Tried out their whole body scrub, facial spa and massage which took me a soothing, rejuvenating feeling that I regained my energy. I was fell asleep while massaging my back. Satisfied with the services, and planning to try out their Acupuncture service soon.
