WCI  is the country’s leading distributor of FDA-approved wheatgrass-based food supplements.

The company’s Customer Care division which has over 18,000 regular customers in its database is organizing the sales and giveaways, announced Peachy Martinez who heads the group.

“From time to time, we offer promos but this time, we want to overdo ourselves by giving customers more bang for their money. There will be heaps of big sales and freebies, each different from the previous week. This is our way of showing them our thanks for continuing to buy regularly from us, for their patience when our call center agents call them,” she said.

Kickstarting the first week is the eight-day BOTO (buy one, take one) from July 1 to 8 of Wheatgrass Tablets, So Easy (colon cleansing) and SkyWheatgrass Plus (billed as food for the heart because it helps ease blood pressure on the heart).

July 18, a Saturday, is Free Day of company giveaways, product samplings, lively interactions including live blood and body composition analysis. Those looking for entertainment will be treated to a free film showing in the afternoon.

Capping the month-long activities will be a one-day sale on July 28on all products.
