It’s been a long time that I visited a spa. Several weeks ago, I visited Soneva Spa for a relaxing afternoon after struggling months of focusing stuff at work.
Soneva Spa is a wellness hub located in Tomas Morato which caters wide variety of therapeutic massage, hand and foot therapies, and facial spa. They provide the best service from their skilled and trained therapists which provides the soothing feeling after each massage. They also became one of the sponsors for Miss Earth beauty pageant in 2012.
Upon entering Soneva, I went straight directly to the receptionist and asked for a recommended massage for my back. For the past 5 years, I was diagnosed with scoliosis and with the kind of job I have which I stayed infront of my laptop for 14-16 hours a day.
She recommended me Stone Therapy Massage which lasted for an hour and a half. When I tried it, I relieved from the painful backache that I’d been whining for the past few days before I visited Soneva. According to my therapist, Ate Evelyn told me that using the stone decrease pain and muscle spasms and relieves pain and tension created by contracted muscle.
